Practice Policies

Everything you need to know before your visit

These policies exist to protect your appointment time, respect every clients schedule, and to keep the practice running smoothly. Thank you for taking a moment to review them.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Life happens.

When it does, please give as much notice as possible. It gives me the best opportunity to offer that appointment to another client.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, up to the full session cost, according to the schedule below.

More than 24 hours before your appointment: No Charge.

12–24 hours before your appointment: 50%

Less than 12 hours, AND No-Shows: 100%

To cancel or reschedule, use the link in your confirmation email or contact me directly.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, your session ends at its scheduled time, and the full session fee will apply.

If you’re running late, let me know. I will always do my best to accommodate you when possible.

Payment

Payment is due at time of service.

Accepted methods: all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards. All major digital methods

Gratuity is always appreciated but never expected. The greatest compliment you can give is returning when your body needs care and recommending Kitsune to people you trust.

Superbills are available to be sent by text or email
